type amount and electrical fees and total in the TOTAL area. Proof of comprehensive general liability insurance in the

provide photos of your booth. We �eserves the right to dismiss any accepted vendor, with no refu�d given, whose
display does not match the representation in their application phot4 or for failure to comply with the pre-assigned
{ocation, This is a rain or shine event thus no refunds. Space lacation will be assigned prior to your arrival. Newton
MayFest is a quality family event with craks, artists, and multiple eneertainment stages.
Ciry of tdewton Fire Dept and Catawba County Health DepaRment will inspect all food vendors. No refunds will be given for
official rejection for heaRh or sdfety reasons. You must comple�te the appropriate applications and pay the inspection tdx to the
Catawba County Heafth Services Dept. prior to the event. MayFE57 wiU mail you the form after we reCeive this application.
