You have 2 accessory structures that at a minimum require a zoning permit. Other permits that may apply, if approved, will be
a building and environmental health permits. It appears that the shed next to the fence does not meet set backs. Please come by
the permit center in Newton to obtain (if approved) all necessary permits.

CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44
