in the approved plan and as required to prevent sedimentation damage including the following locations: 11. Comments: I spoke with Scott with Neill Grading and told him the sediment
basin was not correct. They have damed up the upper section. I told him it should be opened back up because the plans show one long trough area. I also asked them to go ahead and install
the baffels. They are waiting on Duke Power to move the power lines before they can finish the upper slope of the basin but I told him they could go ahead and install the baffels and
put rock at the end of the storm drain outlet.
