In accordance with the plan review notes, please see the following responses to the comments.
Item 1 Written response to comments listed below
Item 2 Documents have been revised to include business entity and address
Item 3 Mechanical, plumbing & electrical documents are signed and sealed
Item 4 Climate zone 4 for Catawba County added to sheet T -2
Item 5 Bottom of retaining wall added to sheet C -2
Item 6 Monument sign deleted, on sheet C -2. Sign company will submit for building
sign sign permits.
Item 7 HC signage revised on sheet C -5
Item 10 Concrete landings for doors 400 & 401 are flush with pavement. See Grading
Plan C -2
Item 11 The EIFS system is a drainable system and is specified as STO Therm Classic
NEXT
Item 12 Sheet A3.0 & A5.0 has been revised showing scupper size and overflow scupper.
Calculations are attached.
Item 13 Calculations are attached for roof ponding.
Item 14 The distance from the gas meter to the most remote appliance is 173 feet
Please note that Item 8 and Item 9 will be addressed when a manufacturer is selected for the
building awnings and canopy. Details of anchoring the awning and canopy to the wall and shop
drawings will be submitted to your office.
