2 Charlie Bill, It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier. I hope that we can work something out on this property. I was out this afternoon, using my GPS to figure out exactly where
I was, when I was confronted by Mr Frankowski, who told me that I was trespassing on this property. Is there anyway that you could send me permission to walk this property, so that I
can show him, if I run into him again? I want to go over the property and determine exactly which acres I would like to purchase. It is pretty much the western part of the property,

Road earlier this week. I love that piece of land, and it seems perfect for what I have intended (dog rescue). I don't need all of it, so I am going to be submitting a subdivision that
would make sense to me, as well as allowing right of way for other future owners. Are you aware of a huge trash dump on this property? It's being used by the locals to dump their trash,
furniture, tires, old appliances. It's a big mess, and most of it is spilling down into a ravine that leads into the creek. It's amazing how stupid and thoughtless some people can be.
Let me know if you are up in the area, I can show you about what I am thinking of making an offer on. Charlie
