BUILDING CODE SUMMARY
FOR ALL COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
(EXCEPT 1 AND 2 FAMILY DWELLINGS AND TOWNHOUSES)
(Reproduce the following data on the building plans sheet 1 or 2)
LEAD DESIGNERS STATEMENT
THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF REPLACING AN EXIS PRE FABRICATED WALLS IN
FREEZER WITH A NEW FREEZER/ COOLER UNIT AND A CONVENTIONALLY CONSTRUCTED
BUILDING COMPONENT TO PROVIDE INTERIOR ACCESS TO THE COOLER/ FREEZER THE
EXISTING BUILDING IS BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED IN A MANNER TO
COMPLY WITH CURRENT TYPE IIB CONSTRUCTION AND IS UNSPRINKLED. THE ADDITION
WILL NOT INCREASE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE EXISTING BUILDING. NEW EXIT DOOR
100 REPLACES AN EXISTING PAIR OF DOORS (SEE NOTE A ON SHEET ALv. THE EXIT
SERVES ONLY THE KITCHEN STAFF AND THEREFORE THE SINGLE LEAF DOOR EXCEEDS
DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EXIT WIDTH AT THIS LOCATION.
