further additions and / or corrections.
* This review also does not relieve the design professional of full responsibility for compliance with all the provisions of
the technical codes and other pertinent laws or ordinances.
All utilization equipment either Gas or Electric is required to be Listed or Labeled by a Nationally Recognized Testing
Laboratory approved by the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
1. Per phone conversation with Frank Southers of the Hickory Public School System this is a manufactured building
bearing third party certification labels. The building is being moved from the present site to the Oakwood site as one
unit. Also per this conversation the ramp, landings, stairs, handrails, guardrails, etc. are factory manufactured
components rather than site fabricated wood construction.
2. Provide drawings showing an accessible travel path from the temporary classroom building to the other buildings to
comply with the North Carolina Accessibility Code.
3. Provide manufacturer's specifications for the accessible ramp, landings and stairs. Compliance with the North
Carolina Accessibility Code shall be field verified -
4. Provide a panel diagram and connected load for the panel supplying the modular classroom. Provide specifications
for the conductors, conduit, etc. for the feeders to the modular classroom.
