By signing this permit, owner acknowledges that there are no recorded easements by any utility company on property and that any future damages incurred due to proximity of new drain field to power lines will not be the responsibility of the EHS or Catawba County. All maximum feasible area in front of property is being utilized based on evaluation and second opinion of Mike Cash, EHS supervisor.
