Add an 1 I' X 11' closet to the back of the house over the existing Den.
1. Frame the new closet with 2x6's for greater R value.
2. Roof new structure with the same slope as existing Den.
3. Put an extension electrical box in the closet to power closet, bath, and existing up
stairs office loft.
I 4. Add round window to west wall of closet.
5. Add skylight in closet.
6. Wire the closet.
7. Insulate all outer walls.
' 8. Outside siding will be German wood siding to match existing siding.
9. Open doorway to existing bathroom.
Renovate existing bathroom.
I. Remove existing closets.
2. Reframe wall between bathroom and bedroom.
3. Remove all fixtures.
4. Remove all plaster on walls and ceiling.
5. Rewire bathroom.
6. Insulate all exposed outside walls.
7. Move toilet about 1' -6" south.
8. Install new supply and drain for the new tub.
9. Move shower supply lines to the north shower wall.
10. Move water supply lines for the sink to the wall.
s 11. Tile the bathroom and part of the closet.
