This letter is in response to the Catawba County Building Inspection Review for
the above referenced project.Please see the following comments.
Hickory Zonin2 Review
1.See sheet A-2 and A-3 for details for new gate details for dumpster.
2.See sheet A-3 for Mechanical Fence Detail.
3.See sheet A-l.1 for landscape requirements.
4.All new utilities must be placed underground.
CCPRReview
1.See sheet C-l for the correct structural wind speed.
2.See sheet C-l for revisions to this section.
3.See sheet C-I for revisions to this section.

5.This statement is no longer required.
6.See sheet C-l for occupant load calculations.
7.The folding wall shall have doors in it when it is installed in the future.
8.The range and the hood in the new kitchen will be residential equipment only.
