Re: Temporary Building on Burris Rd.
Mr. Wallner,
This letter is to assure Catawba County that the temporary building will be removed from
the property located on Burris Rd. in approximately six months. Our current expansion plan calls
for the removal of this building after the permanent structure has received its final occupancy
inspection. Construction on the new building is to begin on July I " or as soon there after as
possible. There are several preconstruction steps left in the process such as building design,
acceptance of construction bids etc.
The temporary structure is intended for used as a garage for two trucks to respond to
emergency calls. No minor or major maintenance will be performed on the trucks as these
procedures will be conducted at either our headquarters station or at a dealer location.
