To Whom It May Concern:
Based on a review of the site plan for the Clater Kaye Theater Works project, we must
disapprove the submitted plan. The following should be shown or corrected on the site plan:
1. That the actual imperviousness of the structures and surfaces do not exceed 24% of the
total property acreage. The site plan currently states that the structures and surfaces on
the property would reach an amount of 25% imperviousness of the total property. Please
reference Section 44- 706(e) of the Catawba County Zoning Ordinance.
2. That the 8 foot landscaping buffer shown on the plan be extended around the perimeter
of the parking facility. Please reference Section 44- 298(b)(2).
These changes may be submitted to the permit center for distribution and review. Please call if
you have any further questions regarding this matter.
