To whom it may concern:
This letter is to inform you that a set or sets of plans were submitted to this office for review
and have not been picked up as of this date. The plan review has been completed, and
notification of the review status has been sent to the listed contact person. The plans have
remained here for a period of 6 months or greater with no submitted revisions or with no
submittal of a permit application. If the plans are not picked up within the next 14 days, the
plans will be destroyed and any activity for this project will require a new plan submittal. To
avoid loss of the plans, please contact this office at (828) 465 -8399 to arrange their pickup or let
us know that the project has been dropped and plans can be destroyed. The plans are currently
located at the Newton office. The plan review reference number is PLN2005- 00074.
