We have reviewed the structural anal7sis provided by Chad Shepherd with Fitzpatrick Engin eering Croup, PLLC. The
structural analysis reviewed the capacity of the concrete septic tanks to support the deck post loadings was0ucted over
the pads and tanks.
The engineer's analysis indicates that the tank slab is sufficient to support the proposed deck loads and is found eccepmble
by the On-Site Water Protection Section.
This does not address the issues with access to the pods and tanks for operation and maintenauw
