Carolina State Building Code and are approved
Scope of the review is in fended to address critical life safety issues set forth in only the Botching Code, and is
therefore not exhaustive. Structural review is limited to verification of design criteria and cursory examination
oftla plane and specifications. The review does not include the Accessibility, Plumbing, Mechanical or
Electrical Codes. 1'he Designers of Record and the General Contractor are ultimately responsible for
compliance with all provisions of the North Carolina State Codes and for in service performance of the building,
regardless of any approval issued by State or hunt regulatory agencies.
This project may be subject to the architectural standards of Americans with Disabilities Act of I990
(the ADA). Issuance of this letter does not does not certify that this project is in compliance with
Federal Law.
These drawings are subject to the review and approval of the local inspection authority havingjunsdietlou and
