As regoestcd. I have completed tbe structural analysis of the foundation for the 12'x16'
sumoom m the rear of the existing property. The continuous wall footing shall be
I' -6 "x12" with (2) 94 bars continuous, placed with 3 inches clear form the bottom of
fwtiog. The continuous wall footing shall be doweled into the existing footing with
(2) #4x2'-0" bms lapped onto the new bars. Embed dowels 8" into sound concrete with
Hild HY 150 adhesive or equivalent.
Weak soils sae encountered in the front left comer of the sumoom. install a
4' -0"x4'-0" :11" concrete ahead footing in the corner with (3) #4x3' -W%m each way.

i ncluding construction and demolition debris in the unincorporated areas oRhe County. The approval of your application for a corettuctionibuilding
permit is made spea0cally comm.cor upon your agreement not w utilize any other business or company to transport and/or dispose of solid waste
from conswction site(,). Failure ro comply with this proeision may result in assessment of fines up to $500 per day.
This permit is issued on the express condition that the above work shall conform in all respects to the statements certified to in the application for
such Permit, and bared work shall be done in accordance with all applicable zoning, building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical ordinances of
the County of Catawhe and the State of North Carolina.
A permit issued for work under this Code shall expire by limitations six months after the date of issuance if the work authorized (FOOTINGS ARE
CONSIDERED Ist INSPECTION ON NEW CONSTRUCTION) has not been commenced, If after commencement the work is discommnued for a
