This is to verify that a ribbed metal roof may be installed on the above listed manufactured home built by CMH
Manufacturing, Inc. The roof shall meet the following conditions:
I. The manufactured home's structural system may not be cut or altered in any way. A registered engineer or
architect shall approve any alterations or changes.
2. The roof must meet all local codes and requirements. The manufacturer does not accept any responsibility
for the roofs design.
3. The roof must be installed according to the manufacturer's installation instructions.
4. 'f he manufacturer will not honor the warranty for any problem that relates to the installation of the roof
(leak problems, etc).
5. The weight shall be no more than 5 psf and distributed uniformly over the roof trusses of the home.
