Any opinions or recommendations should be based on the field observations made and the tests performed. All bearing grades
should be free of soft, loose, wet, organic, caved -in soils or otherwise deleterious materials and conditions immediately prior to
the placement of concrete. Exterior foundations should be embedded at least 12- inches below the final exterior grades.
Exterior grades should be sloped to direct surface runoff away from structure.
