Dear Official,
We have installed The Icynene Insulation System in accordance with manufacturer
specifications. Icynene has or will be installed at a nominal thickness of 5.5 inches
(R -20 / 95% thermal heat now reduction) on an unvented attic assembly. We have
installed at a nominal thickness of 3.5 inches (R -13 / 92% thermal heat Flow
reduction) on main and upper level exterior walls and gables. We have installed a
nominal thickness of 5 inches (R -19 / 94% thermal heat now reduction) on porch
return areas.

We have installed Great Stuff fire stopping/ draft stopping foam on all required penetrations. Great
Stuff foam sealant has been evaluated and approved by ICC evaluating services as the only fire
stopping foam product on the market.

include the installation of the ignition barrier FF88 on vertical surfaces in the attic at a rate of 1
gallon per 100 sq ft.
