RE: Transcal Graphics Project
Permit #: BLD 2004-01048
Upon review of the project plans during footing excavation, it was discovered that
column footings for the two columns located on frame lines B-4 and CA were omitted
firorn the foundation plan previously approved by your department for the flull/Shell-ill
permit referenced above. These two footings should be 3'-9" x 3'-9"x 1 °-0" thick with
four #4 reinforcing bars each way.
