extavated, foundation subgrade at the areas noted above. M. Sloan met with Mr. Randy Harrell
on site. The 1 5-foot long section along the west wall was over -excavated as recommended. The"
flowable fill is to be placed as soon as possible. At the north wall. the soft section was over -
