This is to certify that the building located at 1603 NORFOLK PL SW CONOVER NC
and constructed under Permit Number BLD2004-00545 has been duly inspected and said building
is acceptable for temporary occupancy for a period of 30_ days from the date
of the last inspection. All code violations as noted in the inspection report dated
shall be corrected within the time period stated above or power will be disconnected without notice
This agreement releases Catawba County and its employees from any liability which may arise
from the power being disconnected.
This certificate is issued pursuant to the requirements of sections 307.2 & 307.3 of Volume 1-A of the
North Carolina Building Code. It is specifically understood that this certificate becomes null and void
when changes in construction, alterations of service systems (electrical, plumbing, or mechanical),
occupancy or use are made without Department approval.
