In regards to the Asian Express , we are the owners and marugers of this
building and this Shopping Center. Under the terms of their lease -
we, the Landlord' are responsible for providio-.3 Heat & air Condtioning.
The Air Conditiong is working but the heat is not. We respectfully request
that you allow them to open up and we will assure you that the heat will
be fixed before cold weather arrives.
Enclosed is a letter From BENFIELD MECHANICAL INC. verifying what we are
stating. We have asked Benfield Mechanical to get a permit.

We have determined that the main roof top unit for the diOng area at the above 10cation-is functional Qnl)rinA/Cmode, Unit has a cracked heat exchanger, which owner will replace before cold weather
(at t le end of summer). We have disabled the heat on this,,'unit and have tagged it unusable.
