Responsible Party,
The Termidor 80 WG termiticide label states that only the applicator(s) may
be in the area during application. Therefore, you are being notified of today's
treatment, including the intended site(s) of application, We require that you
instruct the construction workers and other individuals to leave the area to be
treated during application and until the termiticide is absorbed into the soil,
If the concrete slab(s) cannot be poured over ' the soil the same day it has
been treated, the label recommends that a vapor barrier be placed over the
treated soil to prevent disturbance of the termiticide barrier, Dodson Bros, has
not been contracted to install the vapor barrier,
