The drainage situation you asked me to look at, has about 0.41 a_.res of drainage area which
includes some impervious sul&ces as roof tops and pavements, and a small grassy area, I have
used the 25 yr. storm
As you cxplaintd, this involves a pipe urder the building, and which isnon-standard, Al2"wattr
1 1.
pipe will do the job very well, but will he a tight fit to insert the 12" into a 15", pipe will fit
a lot better and still carry the stormTunoff.
My calculations show a storm ftow for the, almost i f,2 acre drainage area as 2 I efs Th 10" water
pipe will carTy 3.87 efs or about 1,9 times the calculated 25 yr storm flow. My calculations are
attached,
