Per the above listed address, the drive and garage was poured and finished by LBH
Construction Services, Inc. The garage was backfilled and tamped in one(1) foot lifts to
suitable compaction. A 6-mil plastic vapor barrier was placed in the garage slab. The
garage slab was also termite treated by Carolina Pest Control and poured with 3000 psi
concrete with fiber.
