The Owner has requested the use of alternate materials and manufacturer of equipment for this proie, t
The following items will be revised.
1. The Mechanical Contractor will use PVC -type piping for condensate drain piping from the indoor i it
handling units. It is our understanding that the Owner is aware of the type piping used and that ti e
piping complies with the Building Code, therefore, it is our opinion that this type piping should I e
allowed.
2. The Mechanical Contractor will use "Goodman" type of HVAC equipment in lieu of "Trane" , s
scheduled. It is our understanding that the Owner is aware of the type equipment that was to be use i,
therefore, it is our opinion that this substitution should be allowed.
