This agreement between Catawba County and (Owner
authorizes temporary power/temporary mechanical service to be established on the Building fo
the above named project. This Temporary Certificate of occupancy is valid for a DA
PERIOD from the last inspection date. A final inspection must be completed prior t
expiration of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. upon signing this permit application
the owner is giving notice to the Building Inspection office that all corrections will h
made on the above stated project within the time period specified. It is understood that i
the project is not completed during the specified time period, POWER WILL BE DISCONNECTE
WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. This agreement releases Catawba County and its employees from are
liability which may arise from the power being disconnected.
