The test results were supplied to Mr. Michael Sloan, P.E. for his review. Based on the results of the DCP testing, the near surface foundation bearing materials evaluated are suitable for support of the foundations designed based on an allowable net bearing pressure of 3,000 Psf at the locations tested, The findings and DCP test results are based on shallow subsurface hand angering; therefore, a deep investigative study should not be inferred, HEADQUARTERS: 3015 DUMBARTON ROAD - BOX 27524 - RICHMOND, VA 23261,7524 TELEPHONE (804) 264-2701 ' FAX (804) 264'1202 - WWWTandMcon BRANCHES: ASHEVILLE, NC - BALTIMORE, MD - CHARLOTIE, NC; * CHESAPEAKE, VA CROZET ' CA - FAYETTEVILLE, NC -FREDERICKSBURG, VA- GREEWLLE, SG HICKORY mr,. 0.1 _ --- SINCE (98 as FOUNDATION BEARIN'G I GRADE REPORT Project: First United Methodist Church -Hickory No: Client: First United Methodist Church -Hickory Permit (on -site}: N/A Date (ote: F&R Representative: Eldridge Adkins 05/04/04 DYNAMIC c,nxfv i)uxTr7-rv, . - ___ - Project No.: E77-027T --- "I '- - Ave' -age Of the second and third DCP readings Any Opinions or recommendations should be based oil the field observations made and the tests performed.
