This is to confirm the inspection of 1 -21-08 for the double wide mobile set -up, located at
the above listed address. The home is over height with more than 25 percent above the
maximum. 1 have investigated the set -up and I have also inspected the footings and
anchors. Two Oliver Systems were used to compensate for the over height condition
providing additional stability for the home. All work appears to be acceptable and of
good workmanship.
Please consider this my certification that the above work meets the requirements of the
Residential Building Code for work and construction of this nature. Should you have any
