"Munchkin" boiler, 199,000 BTU/Hr. input, 92% efficiency, condensing boiler. Follow
manufacturer's installation and venting instructions
Provide a minimum of 10' of 3/4" gas line between the gas regulator and the boiler.
PEX 1/2" nom. radiant floor distribution tubing with footage markers. 300'
+/- 10% loop lengths. Distribution layout by Mechanical Contractor.
Adequately support the radiant distribution tubing to prevent "floating" in wet concrete.
Sleeve radiant distribution tubing as it enters and exits the concrete slab to protect it
from damage.
Pressure test the radiant floor distribution to 100 psi. prior to inspection. Keep
pressure on during pour.
1" copper radiant floor manifolds. Individual adjustment valves on supply
side. No valves required on return side.
Tekmar 353 Injection pump controller with outside reset. Outside sensor to be located in shaded
area and away from external heat sources. Inside sensor to be securely straped to the supply
pipe 12" downstream of the supply pump.
Taco "0011" cast iron circulator pumps for "Injection" and floor circulation
