The unit will be occupied by the unit operator, i.e. the driver so we will not require a certificate of occupancy since this is a motor vehicle. To the best of our knowledge, this unit has been approved by the appropriate health authorities as suitable for its function and the property owners have given him permission to set up at the intersection. He will not have any signs established on the site. He will not require either water or sewer connections since this is a portable unit. He will be contacting your office soon to obtain a permit for power, hence this email message. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding this matter I hope that you have a great weekend.
