Subject: Provisions for Quality Control at Pin Station, Newton, NC
Building Official,
Southern Stucco, Inc. has been selected for the installation of the Exterior
Insulation Finish System. The EIFS system that will be installed will be The Dryvit
Outsulation Non Drainage System. Submittals & Color charts have been sent for
approval as requested. The EIFS will be installed per plans and spec's.
Leroy Grismer, Field Project Manager of Southern Stucco, Inc. will be the person
exercising quality control and accountability of the EIFS system. Mr. Grismer will
be responsible for all activity on a daily basis. He will be in control of all inventory
kept on site. All arrangements for all delivery's and pickups for our material &
equipment will be arranged with job superintendant.
Leroy Grismer will be responsible for all Safety and will provide weekly safety
sheets for our crew of men on jobsite .
