ypu informed me that you had instructed your client, Wells Fargo, to remove the mobile homes
at the above - referenced address. I have horn advised by our Code Co. pliancd to
that
one of the mobile homes has already been removed and the other is in the process of bei Fig
disassembled for removal.
I am requesting that you reimburse Catawba County for the fees incurred by the County to file
legal action in the sum of $95.0(1.' Please he advised that this matter is scheduled for hearing in
Superior Court on March 3, 2008. Upon Payment and verification. that the site is in compliance,
I will file a dismissal with the Clerk of Court,
