The Catawba County Zoning Office has received a complaint concerning violations on property owned by you at the above address. The following violations were identified after a visual
inspection of your property.
Catawba County Code 505.06 does not allow for the storage of solid waste.
You have Manufactured Home on your property that meets the criteria for solid waste.
Please remove the solid waste within thirty days of your receipt of this letter.
If you have any questions or would like to set up a time to meet so we can discuss the matter, please feel free to call me at 828-466-5128 between 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.
