The Catawba County Zoning Office has received a complaint concerning violations on property owned by you at the above address. The following violations were identified after a visual
inspection of your property.
Catawba County Code 515.257 Zoning Compliance Permit; states (A) It shall be unlawful to begin the excavation for the construction, the moving, alteration, or repair, except ordinary
repairs, of any building or other structure, including an accessory structure, costing more than $500 or exceeding 100 square feet in area, until the Zoning Administrator has issued
for such work a zoning compliance permit.
An accessory structure has been placed on your property without first obtaining a Zoning Compliance Permit.
