10. Corrective actions needed: Install erosion control measures to prevent mud & sediment in roadway & lake. Protect storm drain pipe at
gravel driveway. Stabalize the bank ASAP. Submit an Erosion Control Plan to Catawba County.
Submit an adequate sedimentation and erosion control plan for approval, covering all areas disturbed or to be disturbed.
