10. Corrective actions needed: Install erosion control measures along the property line that front the lake to prevent sediment washing into the
lake and install a construction entrance to prevent sediment and mud being tracked into the street.
Submit an adequate sedimentation and erosion control plan for approval, covering all areas disturbed or to be disturbed.
Submit a revised sedimentation and erosion control plan for approval for the following areas:
