10. Corrective actions needed: Silt fence needs to be trenched in and there needs to be no slackness in the silt fence. The entire area
needs to be stabalized with temp. or perm. groundcover until construction on the house begins. An Erosion Control Plan needs to
be submitted to the permit center along with the appropriate fees.
