Dear Mr. Anthony
it has come to my attention that a soil disturbance of over one acre has occurred at the
above referenced parcels. Disturbing over one acre of land without a permit is a
violation of the Catawba County Code of Ordinances. Please submit five copies of an
erosion control plan along with the associated forms and fee required (attached) for
your land disturbance.
