At that time, he was informed that the permit was valid for either a maximum of four years for a temporary permit or for a hardship permit until the hardship was over. THIS PERMIT CAN NO LONGER BE RENEWED. Since the hardship is no longer needed or required the following options are available: 1. Removal of the mobile home from your property. 2. Set up an appointment to meet with one of the County Planners to see if your property can be subdivided to allow for permanent placement of this mobile home. Please contact the Planning and Zoning office at 828-465-8390 within 15 days from the receipt of this letter to let us know which option you would like to pursue.
