Jettie Hollar (Heirs) solid waste violation

Kim, Anne Marie and I have all had phone conversations with Steven Reece, who is the neighbor to the Hollar property.
After being told by all 3 of us, that the County is doing everything possible to resolve this as quickly as legally possible,
Mr. Reece is not satisfied. Please order a check in the amount of $110.00 payable to the Catawba County Clerk of Court
to file a Complaint in the Hollar matter. I cannot file it until Tuesday, April 14 but would appreciate having it in hand
on or before that date if possible. I do not know, at this time, how many heirs will be served but will get that
information to you as quickly as possible for the processing of the journal entry.
