The information on the individuals doing the damage are as follows. Kay is the home owner and she and her
daughter are responsible for the tear down and the oil contamination. Brandy is the daughter who was living in
the home that we evicted for non pay.

we had called an officer over there on Oct. 22, 2008 and he had talked with the individuals at that time about
tearing the home down and leaving the mess they left. At that time we had no idea the oil was being used to
contaminate that lot and run into the small stream behind the home. The officer who assisted us at that time was
