The Board of Adjustment granted the extension stating that it was not detrimental to the neighborhood A motion was made by Kenneth Propst, seconded by Grady Abernethy to grant this request. The motion was passed unanimously on May 31, 1983. Property was listed on Tax map 1500 —104A Recommendation After reviewing tax map and conducting some research, staff has found that this non - conforming extension was placed on the wrong parcel. Drums Used Auto Parts should have been tax map 1500- 104.
