Dear Mr. and Mrs. Armstrong:
The purpose of this letter is to serve as confirmation that you have been granted an extension of time in
which to correct the illegal condition that exists at the above - referenced property. After receiving my letter,
dated October 17, 2008, you contacted my office to discuss the violation. As we agreed, a Catawba County
Code Compliance Technician will make a site visit to the subject property on Friday, November 7, 2008. If
there is some visible progress being made toward cleaning up, you will have an additional two weeks, or until
Friday, November 21, 2008 to resolve the health law violation.
Please be advised, if you have not completely remedied this illegal condition by Friday, November 21,
2008,1 will have no recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action,
you could incur additional expenses.
