THIS DEED, made this �° n day of , 2008, between REGINALD L.
BARKER AND POK HUI BARKER, Grantors, of Catawba County, North Carolina and
REGINALD L. BARKER of 5671 Valley Field Rd., Hickory, Catawba County, North Carolina,
Grantees.
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors, for a valuable consideration paid by Grantees, the
t receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these
presents does remise, release and quitclaim unto the Grantees all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said Grantors have in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in Hickory Township, Catawba County, North Carolina, to wit:
BEING all of Lot No. 25 Block "C" Section III of Tanglewood Park as shown on a plat
recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 21, Catawba County Registry.
The above property is subject to those certain restrictions as set out on Plat recorded in Plat
Book 16, Page 131, Catawba County Registry.
In addition to those restrictions, said property is conveyed subject to the restriction that no
modular home, prefabricated home or shell home shall be placed upon or allowed to remain on the
above described property.
For Title Reference see Deed Book 2218 at Page 897.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Property and all privileges and appurtenances
(rights) belonging to Grantee, in fee simple.
Grantor makes no warranty, express or implied, as to title to the Property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors have duly executed the foregoing
instrument as of the day and year first above written.
