The Catawba County Code Enforcement Officer has previously advised you that you are in violation of Section 44 -607 of the Catawba County Code, as it pertains to accessory structures and Section 44 -318 as it pertains to zoning authorization permits. You have failed to comply with previous notices from the Catawba County Planning & Zoning Office to correct this situation. The matter has now been referred to my office for resolution. Violations of the Catawba County Code may subject the violator to civil and criminal sanctions. If you have not remedied this illegal condition by Monday, December 29, 20081 will have no recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. After receiving my letter, dated December 11, 2008, you contacted my office on December 15, 2008 and also spoke with one of our planners, Mike Poston, to discuss options in which to resolve this violation. Please be advised, if you have not remedied this illegal condition by Friday, February 20, 2008, I will have no recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem.
