Please request a check in the amount of $110 payable to the Catawba County Clerk of Superior Court to file a Complaint
in the above - referenced solid waste violation. Ms. Evans is now residing in West Virginia, so I will attempt to serve her
via certified mail. If that doesn't work, however, I will have to publish a legal ad in a local paper in West Virginia.
