Dear Mr. and Mrs. Leazenby,
According to our records, you contacted my office on June 11 2008 regarding your receipt of a
legal letter dated June 6, 2008 for the above - referenced property. During that conversation with
my assistant on June 11, 20O8. you were given some additional time in which to remove the solid
waste and comply with the County Cade.
I appreciate your efforts thus far. The Catawba County Code Compliance Technician informs
me that the majority of the solid waste has been removed, however, there is still some debris
remaining on the property. Please be advised that a site inspection will be conducted on Friday,.
August 15, 2008 and if the property is still not in compliance, I will have no recourse but to file a
Complaint with the Clerk of Superior Court.
