Dear Mr. and Mrs. Leazenby
This letter will serve as official notification that you are in violation of the Catawba County Code
of Ordinances pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A -123.
The Catawba County Code Compliance Technician previously advised you that you need to
remove solid waste materials from your property at the above - referenced location. The storage
of solid waste is in violation of the Catawba County Code Section 32 -6. In addition, you are in
violation of Section 44- 405(a) of the Catawba County Code, which prohibits more than one
dwelling unit on a parcel.
If you have not remedied this illegal condition by Tuesday, June 24, 2008, I will have no
recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action, you
could incur additional expenses including, but not limited to, attorney fees and court costs.
